I'm Vladimir Elmanovich, AIA 
and I'm an architect. Since 1998, I've been 
leading my firm, VEA Architects, right here in Encino, California. My core passion lies in designing and renovating high-end custom residences. 

We create new estates and undertake extensive renovations, ranging from 3,000 to 35,000 square feet, in iconic locations like Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu, and throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

Of course, we don't stop there. My team and I also work on multi-family complexes, commercial buildings, and mixed-use developments. My experience spans a wide range of projects, including navigating the complexities of hillside properties and handling large-scale development initiatives. Ultimately, my goal is to create spaces that inspire and serve their owners for years to come.
